Logistic with no Packaging.
Overview
Packless is a project to solve the problem of online shopping waste. Featured in a new delivery service that is more than the basics to solve the packaging waste and offer help to customers. The service is mainly through the app. By this project, it is assumed that we have collaborated with Thailand post.

Solve problems from Thailand post service to create satisfaction and choose more services as follows:

Create a Delivery service app together with a delivery service. Within application contains improved services from the previous Thailand post version. For users can access all services that redesign with carefulness.

Starting from ordering products through the store, then RePack will bring the products to pack with their own packaging. before being sent to the transport company

When receiver shipping the RePack packaging back to commpany, will receive a special discount to apply to next purchase.

By the method of returning the packaging It's easy to do. RePack has a sticker attached to the address for consumers to ship free via the mail.

The packaging will be quality checked, cleaned and reused for packaging.

After group discussion, we then list what we need to have in the application and then jump into a prototype for user testing. In the prototype, we did not go into much detail on design but focused on each page's details for the user to understand to do the flow.

Too much red that's painful to read.
Iterate
After user testing. I made changes based on the user's feedback. So that the app can answer user needs right to the point and is easy to use. By creating a newer, high-fidelity version with more white space and clearer to read.
